Also the whole process since booking and even having to proceed with a cancellation which I have done in the past is simply amazing and straight forward. I was so nervous about dropping my dog in to kennels but from the moment I entered the office at KIP Kurwongbah the experience was just so lovely. The team there were so patient with my very nervous dog and allowed him to respond at his own pace. I loved getting the daily updates and seeing how he was progressing to the point where he was looking for pats by the end of his 5 day stay. He did have a little incident where he hurt himself in his endeavours to escape but the team called me and let me know what he was up to and what he had done and helped ease my mind on his injury. I know what RiLee can be like when he wants to get home so in no way was his injury a result of anything the kennels did but their response to it was amazing and I could not have asked for more. Seeing him come out of there so happy melted my heart and has certainly eased my mind about having to put him in kennels again. I will definitely be using KIP again in the future.

Can I Bring Food from Home?

If your cat is on a specialised diet, we’re more than happy to serve meals from home. Just bring them along at check-in and our staff will supervise its delivery to your furry family member!

What If My Pet Takes Medication?

Your cat will be well looked after; at Kip, our experienced staff ensure your pet’s medication needs are taken care of, just as they would be at home. Simply pack their medication in a well-labelled container and let our helpful team know.

We’ll carefully care for and administer your cat’s medication to your specifications. For this service, we charge $5/day for the preparation and administration of medication for pets under our care.

Can I Get a Discount for Additional Cats?

Pet siblings are more than welcome at Kip! We offer additional pets from the same family a 20% discount for accommodation when they share a room. Our optional same family packages are charged per room, so you’ll get double the fun and shared playtime if you add an extra package, all for the price of one!

Can I Inspect Your Accommodation?

We’d love to have you inspect our cat boarding accommodation and assess its’ suitability for your pet!
