We offer a number of dog training programs in Melbourne to suit every dog: Board & Train: Our exclusive Board & Train Program is for those dogs that need a little extra help and attention. Our trainers work with dogs that need to learn basic or advanced obedience, dogs that have specific behavioural problems and difficult dogs.
Daycare & Train: Can't commit to a long training program? Try our Daycare & Train Program. Drop your dog off in the morning and our team of professional trainers can complete multiple training and stimulation sessions with your dog.
Canine Coaching: Got a high-energy dog that needs some extra enrichment? Canine Coaching gives your dog multiple coaching sessions with our qualified trainers. It can be added to as many or as few days during your dog's boarding stay, Monday - Friday.

Starting January 2024, Kip Melbourne South East is proud to offer our popular Board & Train Program, providing tailored dog training solutions for dogs and owners in Melbourne's south east. Canine Coaching will also be available as an additional extra to boarding stays, if your dog is after some extra enrichment during their stay.

BOARD & TRAIN

Kip offers an industry recognised Board & Train Program at Kip Homestead Yarra Valley and Kip Melbourne South East (from January 2024) which ensures building a cohesive relationship between you and your dog. The program is designed for those looking for quality and comprehensive dog training in Melbourne, and can help with many challenging behaviours including:
pulling on the leash,
reacting to other dogs,
having selective hearing, and/or
jumping all over you and your guests.
The program encourages you to learn as your pooch learns to enable you both to develop great life-long habits. This includes resources such as an online learning platform to complete, a comprehensive induction and handover 1-on-1 with your assigned trainer and the ability to continue to reach out ongoing for additional support - we are always here when you need us!

Recently had our senior 9 year old Samoyed Meeko at Kips for 2 and a half weeks with trainer Megan. We were provided almost daily updates of her progress as well as a comprehensive handover after picking her up. Her behaviour has improved dramatically and Megan has steered us in the right direction. The training is worth every penny and I highly encourage anyone give it a go if your furry one isn’t the most obedient.

Where do I begin… before Meg and the amazing team at Kip, my banh mi was a big, uncontrollable, strong, very excited puppy! At 7 months she remodeled the house by smashing the doors of their hinges, she broke a whole shelf of cups with her big tail and the list goes on.. Banh Mi boarded at Kip for 3 weeks while we were on holiday and she has come home a different dog! She is soo calm, she listens, I can actually take her on walks instead of being dragged around and the best part is banh mi still has her beautiful bubbly personality!!! Meg and the team are truly a god send! No words can ever express how grateful we are for their love and care for banh mi! THANK YOU!!!

Great place for your dogs needs. My dog had a small problem with a lump on her leg. Adam kept me informed regularly and organised a bucket collar for my dog so the problem didn't get any worse. Great job Adam and his team! Couldn't recommend this kennel highly enough!
